Limitless Lash Mascara is not clinically tested as hypoallergenic.

Is it safe for people who have sensitive eyes?
We do not have a clinical claim that it is safe for sensitive eyes. Yet, many any customers with sensitive eyes have given rave reviews and feedback that Limitless Lash is their new holy grail mascara because it does not bother their eyes.

Is this a tubing mascara?
Limitless Lash Mascara is not a tubing mascara.

Is ILIA's Limitless Lash Mascara oil-free?
Limitless Lash Mascara is oil-free.

How do you recommend I remove this at the end of the day?
Limitless Lash Mascara can be easily be removed at the end of the day with water or your favorite cleanser.

Why is it important to be Carbon Black-free? What makes it a clean mascara?
Many black pigments in the beauty industry are derived from an ingredient called Carbon Black. Studies have shown that Carbon Black is a carcinogen and should be avoided whenever possible. Instead, we chose to get the black pigment from Charcoal which is a clean alternative.

Is ILIA's Limitless Lash Mascara waterproof?
No, but it is water-resistant. So it won’t smudge or flake, yet you do not need to tug on your eyes in the evening to remove it.
